At Merchant of Tennis, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and rackets have not been played with or customized to qualify for a full refund.

Verify Eligibility

Confirm your items are in new, resaleable condition with all original brand packaging, including plastic wrap on racket handles and tags on apparel.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us using a trackable courier service.

Refund Processing

Once our specialists inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
